Reflexology

I trained as a Reflexologist after a number of years of having received Reflexology myself. I found it not only incredibly relaxing but also one of the most effective methods of managing chronic migraines. I have always been interested in health issues having worked, prior to training as a Reflexologist, as an Occupational Therapist in hospitals and in the community. Reflexology is for me a positive way of looking after my health.

I have a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology awarded by a school approved by the Association of Reflexologists.

My practise is in Elvetham Heath in Fleet, Hampshire and is close to the M3. Near to the borders of Surrey and Berkshire it is easily accessible from Elvetham Heath, Fleet, Hook, Yateley, Farnham, Hartley Wintney, Camberley and Sandhurst.

I am available for daytime or evening appointments. If however, circumstances make it difficult for you to come to me, I can can offer a mobile service.
