TYPICAL SESSION
What will happen?
When you come for a first appointment I will ask you about your current lifestyle, your present and past medical history and any medication you are currently taking. This is to allow me to tailor the treatment to your individual needs. This will be followed by a full reflexology treatment.
For your treatment you will be seated in a reclining chair. You will be asked to remove your socks and shoes. Once lying comfortably,I will cleanse your feet and examine them for any visible problems such as dry skin, or bunions for example. I will then carry out a full reflexology treatment applying pressure and massage to all the reflex points of the feet.
How long will it take?
You should allow one and a half hours for the first consultation.
Subsequent treatment sessions will take one hour.
