Client Testimonials

'I decided to try Reflexology to see if it would help me with my ME symptoms. Within a couple of sessions I noticed improvements particularly with my sleep patterns which had been really mixed up. It's also helped me relieve headaches, neckaches and IBS symptoms. In addition to the health benefits I've felt, its nice and relaxing so even though I'm feeling better, I'm still having treatments.

I continue to find it amazing that your feet can tell you so much about what's going on with the rest of your body, but it definitely worked for me!'

'I have never tried Reflexology before so I was not really sure what to expect, but I was recommended to try Wendy by a friend. I could never have anticipated what a beneficial effect it would have on my health within such a short space of time! Not only has it helped me with my health issues - it is so relaxing and I feel utterly pampered after every treatment! I could not recommend Wendy highly enough and I am already telling all my friends they must see her!'

'I was recommended to reflexology by a friend and have found it to be a very positive and relaxing experience. Wendy goes to great effort to put you at your ease before working her magic on your feet. Reflexology is a brilliant way to take time out of a hectic life and focus on the welfare of body and mind. I would definitely recommend it!!'

'A friend of mine told me about Reflexology and so I decided to give it a try. My aims were to increase my energy levels, clarity of mind and to boost my immune system. The treatment itself was very pleasurable and relaxing. Soon after I began to feel tired and felt compelled to do nothing but rest and drink water. This was simply my body telling me that it was going through 'the healng crisis' and therefore perfectly normal. The next day I experienced boundless energy and optimism; I even managed to avoid catching the cold/flu that everyone else around me seemed to have at the time.

This therapy seems to work and yet it is relatively unknown and unpromoted. I think it should be made available on the NHS - it could save millions of pounds, as prevention is always cheaper than cure!'
